It would be interesting with a website allowing people to create music and particularly electronic music in a collaborative way. Think of the collaborative aspect of wikipedia and do something similar for music. You should be able to “fork” someone elses creation and make the changes you want, and someone else can in turn fork your project.
The intelligence and the creativity of the community is not nececarely greater then the individuals abilities, but when the community gets the right means to insipre each other the communitys creative power will be greater then the single individuals power.
